How to submit new test matrices

To submit a new matrix / a new family of structured test matrices, please send us an ascii text and/or an html file such as the following

TEMPLATE:

Name of the matrix: Clement's matrix

Pattern:  tridiagonal, a_{i,i}=0, i=1:n; 
                       a_{i+1,i}=n-i, i=1:n-1; 
                       a_{i,i+1}=i.

Properties: has eigenvalues equal to n-i, i-n,
i=1,3,5,... 

Source/utilization: test for the comnputation of the
eigenvalues
